How To Register
While it’s not mandatory to register before shopping, we encourage you to create an account for a seamless experience. With an account, you can track your order, save products to your Wishlist and cart for later checkout, enjoy faster checkouts, and receive personalized discounts based on your shopping history.
To register, simply visit the My Accounts page and click sign up or register. Provide the required details and check your email to verify your account. Your details are kept secure and are only used to contact you, share promotional items, and process your orders and billing.
Product Warranty
All our products are covered by either the manufacturer’s warranty or Justphones warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty is valid for the stipulated period. Our internal warranty covers items where the manufacturer’s warranty has been voided for some reason and also applies to specific items sold in our shop. Our warranty lasts 6 months.
Returns Policy
If you purchase an item from our online store and it doesn’t meet your expectations or is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours through our customer service line at 0726 032320 or via email at sales@justphones.co.ke. Returns are accepted only if the item is in the same condition it left the shop.
How To Shop Online
Shopping online at Justphones is a simple 3-step process: Find the item(s), add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. During checkout, fill in the requested information, choose your payment method, and initiate the payment.
For Mpesa payments, enter your Mpesa registered phone number and your pin when prompted.
How To Track Your Order
To track your order, use the Track My Order page and provide the requested details.
Delivery Schedule
Our online orders are fulfilled within 2 hours of purchase if placed within our working hours (9am-6pm). Orders placed after 6pm are fulfilled the following day. Orders within Nairobi and its environs are delivered within 2 hours, while orders outside Nairobi are fulfilled within 24 hours using your preferred courier service. For assistance, call 0726 032320.
